Active Incident Response
Every Staff Connect employee is expected to notify their direct supervisor of any workplace injury the moment it happens—no delays. From there, our Human Resources team jumps in right away and activates the proper response protocols. No waiting, no uncertainty.
A complete investigation and a written incident report must be finalized within 24 hours of any incident occurring. If something does happen while you’re on the job, we have qualified medical providers standing by to support our workforce, address injuries quickly, and ensure nothing disrupts the continuity of your operations.
Once medical clearance is provided, the employee will be supported in returning to work on either partial or full duty—whatever best fits their recovery.
